If you want ideas: Vanilla plays well with almost everything. Orange turns it into a creamsicle. Sandalwood makes it warm and woody. Midnight Jasmine for evening romance. Brown Sugar for sweet baked goods. Or ignore all that and throw it in with something unexpected like Eucalyptus and see what happens.
